Our Services

Residential Roofs

Both residential and commercial roofs have to be built using durable materials such as: Ceramic, asphalt, tile or slate shingles, solar shingles, and wood shakes.  There are three major differences between commercial and residential roofs: roof design, choice of materials, and installation requirements.

We install asphalt shingles and find most homeowners prefer architectural shingle roofing for its distinctive look and advanced features, including resistance (algae, impact, and wind), class “A” fire rating, and cool roofing and color blending technology. Additionally, we install tile and metal roofing.  Metal roofing comes in a variety of styles and colors and includes a lifetime warranty.

Repairs

The cost of re-roofing is something no one wants to think about, but every roof—at some point—will need to be repaired or replaced.  Some “danger signals” you need to look for to know when your roof isn’t protecting your home:

• Water in your attic after heavy rain or an ice buildup.
• Cracked, curling, missing or loose shingles.

• Noticeable shingle decay; mold or mildew growth.
• Visible stains on interior walls or ceilings.

A droopy, sagging roof is one that surely needs replacing before further damage occurs to your home. Check the surface for signs of trapped moisture, rotting boards, or sagging spots—especially at the lowest points in the roof.

We install, repair, and work with thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO), metal, architectural shingles, and metal copings and flashings. These commercial roofing products are available for installation:

Roof Inspection

Your home is most certainly the most substantial investment you will make in your lifetime. If you want to protect the value of your home and keep your family and belongings secure, you must take proper care of it. The roof is one of the important components of your home. It is commonly neglected because you do not notice it even though you use it constantly. Hiring a commercial or residential roofing specialist for the inspection is an excellent way to keep your roof in good condition and extend its life.
